As a family business with over 100 team members, creating a positive work culture has always been at the heart of what we do. From fostering inclusivity and diversity to promoting well-being and professional development, we’re committed to ensuring our staff thrive both personally and professionally.

The work we put into running regular charity initiatives and staff events is rewarded, not just through this recognition, but in seeing the positive engagement of our staff.

We foster positive team culture through quarterly events, which reflect our core values: Everything Shared, Enduring Savvy, Ethical Solutions, and Empowering Support. These week-long events bring our team together for guest speakers, team-building activities, and charity initiatives, while encouraging connections across our regional offices throughout the South Island. These events highlight our commitment to both personal and professional growth, as well as giving back to the community.

This award is a testament to the collective effort of our team and the core values that guide our company. We're incredibly proud of what we've achieved together and honored that our people-first approach has been recognised. We hope to continue creating an environment where every individual can succeed.
