Our dedicated Health and Safety team are committed to ensuring the well-being of our clients and team. We work hard to maintain a secure and healthy work environment, in our offices and on-sites.
We provide a work environment which gives the highest level of protection from physical and psychological risks, empowers open communication, identifies risks and recommends a means of continual improvement to health, safety and wellbeing.
Our field teams encounter a wide range of risks on a variety of construction or development sites. We ensure robust safety protocols and comprehensive training and upskilling for all our workers in all our places of work.

At a Board level it is important we have continual confidence that our Health and Safety Management System serves to continually protect our staff, clients and members of the public.
Supporting an active and engaged Health and Safety committee that meets regularly and allows for effective two way communication between staff and Directors has been a cornerstone to a company culture that puts safety first.
